When CIA Director George Tenet joins Condolezza Rice for an appearance before the House Oversight Committee next month, they should be asked if Saddam Hussein was known to have a good supply of Tungsten Carbide. Could I interest Mr. Waxman in a refresher course in Nuclear Physics?

"Although the largest was only 13 pounds, Bluefish did not bite me off. These fish were hooked in the corner of the mouth keeping those sharp teeth away from the leader."
